For our FROZEN products, we currently only ship to BC.
For the rest of our products, we ship anywhere in Canada.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free for orders over $75
Under $75 the shipping rates are calculated based on your location and weight.
We also apply a handling fee ($6-$9) for insulated boxes and icepacks on our frozen and refrigerated items.

How are frozen and refrigerated products shipped?
All frozen and refrigerated products are shipped with cold packs in an insulated box liner. An $6-$9 fee will be applied on your total. Please see below for recommended shipping methods.
How do I track my order?
All orders includes a tracking number. You will be notified by email with your tracking number after your order has been processed.
Which shipping method should I choose for FROZEN or REFRIGERATED products?
We recommend 1 shipping day for frozen products and maximum 2-3 days for refrigerated ones.
For the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley (Vancouver, Surrey, Abbotsford etc.), Canada Post “Expedited” usually works.
For the rest of BC (Vancouver Island, Kelowna, Interior etc.) “Xpresspost” is usually best.
The best is to select a form of air freight which should have your order to you within 2 days across Canada.
The consumer will be liable for any consequences if they bought our frozen products and choose shipping method that may take more then 3 days
To avoid your perishable items be sitting in a shipping facility over the weekend, we won’t be sending the products at the end of the week. The items will be sent as early in the week as possible (mostly Monday and Tuesday).
These products are shipped frozen overnight and must be placed back in the freezer until ready to bake.
The Vegan Bite is not liable for any delays from Canada Post.
Where are you located for Local Pickup?
We are located in Abbotsford, Old Clayburn area for local pickup.
How does local pickup work?
We will contact you via phone or email you provided at checkout with the pickup location and coordinate a date and time that is convenient for you.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products we are unable to accept returns so all sales are final.
